How
to download the missing softwares? |
 |
You
can find the 'system requirements' section on the right, on
the home page. This section controls if the necessary softwares
are available for you to be able to follow the course. If
one component/software is missing, it is noted by a red 'x'
and underlined. If you have internet connection, by clicking
on to the missing component you are transferred to the place
from where you can download the component. |

How
to go back to or forward to a lesson? |
 |
You can
move between lessons by using the back-next icons.
By clicking on the ’next’ icon you move on to the next lesson.
By clicking on the ’back’ icon you go back to the previous lesson. |
How
to move anywhere within the course? |
 |
You can
do it in the Content page. By clicking on the lesson titles in the Content
page you can go directly to the required lesson. |
How
to move in the course with the use of links? |
 |
By using
the links you can move to a distant element of the learning material. Links
can refer to an element within the same lesson, to another lesson, or to
one of the collection elements. The form of the icons referring to the existence
of a link varies by link type. Also by moving the mouse over the icon you
can see the link type. |
COLLECTIONS |
What
does a collection stand for, where can you find it and how can you call
it in? |
 |
The collections
include information that (so called collection elements) which
convey information in itself, and originally are scattered
in the body of the course. The list of the collections is
located on the right bottom of the screenpage. |
 |
You
can choose a collection from the scrolling menu, or by clicking
on the ’bag’ symbol on the taskbar. |
How
to view a collection element? |
 |
A collection
element will appear on the right bottom of the screenpage.
In case a link refers to a collection element by clicking
on the link the requested element will appear in the right
bottom window. |
 |
You can
find all the collections in the right bottom window. You can
choose among the collections the requested one from the scrolling
menu. The window size is adjustable. |
How
to view fully a collection? |
 |
You
can display each collection in a separate window. You choose
the ’bag’ symbol of the taskbar, where the list
of collections will appear. By clicking on the ’open’
icon placed next to the name of the collection the requested
collection will display in a separate window.

You
can display a collection from the right bottom window as well:
in front of the name of collection you note the 'Opening in
a separate window' checkbox. The window size is adjustable. |
VIEW |
What
does 'view' mean? |
 |
The course
can be followed in three view modes, which are: extract, normal and extended.
The view modes are defined by the editor of the course. In default settings
the normal view can be seen. |
 |
In case
a learning element/paragraph can not be seen (hidden), there is an icon
in the place of it. By moving the mouse over the icon you can see in what
view mode can be seen the hidden content. |
How
to change the view? |
 |
You can
change the view by clicking on the view icons. |
ZOOM
IN / OUT |
 |
You
can magnify the text elements of the learning material. If
you want to magnify the text parts, click on the ’+’
sign, if to reduce, click on the ’-’ sign. |
SEARCH |
Search
within a lesson |
 |
You
can make a search within a lesson. The simplest way of it
is to use the ’Search’ option from the scrolling
menu. Write the required character combination into the yellow
box, then click on the ’Send’ button. The system
will highlight the first identical character combination on
the page. If you click on the ’Send’ button again
the system will show the next hit. |
